Do you pick up directly from my house or hotel?

We can pick up anywhere within Orange County. We are also able to pick you up outside from Orange County. *additional rates may apply

Is all of the brew tastings included?

Beer is not included by default. However, our premium add-ons provide a variety of amenities -- including craft brew tastings.

Is there food available?

Depending on the brewery chosen food trucks are frequently available. In addition, many of the breweries have places that will deliver to the brewery. You are also more than welcome to bring outside food. For groups 25 or larger we can schedule a brewery truck please contact us if you would like us to schedule a food truck for your tour.

Can we bring additional alcohol?

Yes. Only beer and wine is allowed additionally on the tour bus. No hard alcohol is permitted. This is for the safety of our guests.

One of our guests doesn’t drink, do they pay full price?

This is common. We will discount the tasting fees purchased in the price of the person’s ticket. The average discount is $5 per brewery if the inclusive option is chosen. If the host has chosen non inclusive, there is no discount for a guest who is not drinking. Make a note in the comment section of your reservation with the names of your guests who will not be consuming any brew or beverages.

What is the attire?

You can wear whatever you like on the brewery tour, dress is casual. If you choose to add a production tour to your existing brew tour reservation, closed toe shoes are required.

What are the tour times and available days?

Check the itinerary section of each tour package to see the available tour days and pick-up times.

Is transportation private for our group?

Yes. All of our tours include private transportation just for your group.

Can we customize our itinerary to fit our needs?

Of course. OC Brew Tours is always willing to customize and craft a schedule just for you. Contact us with any questions, or make a note in the comment section of your reservation.

We can drop you off for dinner and even include round trip service back from dinner. Additional transportation rates apply. Visit the transportation page to view our hourly overage rates. Typically, you would want to add two hours of additional service for a lunch or dinner.

Do you handle large corporate events?

This is truly a specialty of ours. We have scheduled brewery tours for well over 200 people in a single tour. We have the skill and knowledge to provide the same private experience we give to smaller groups to very large groups.

What is the deposit/cancellation policy?

TA $99 non-refundable deposit is required for booking your tour. Deposit is credited to the reservation holder’s card at the time of final billing 3 days prior to the tour.

There is just two of us. Is the tour just us?

Yes. All tours are private no matter the size of the group.

How are the drivers?

All of our drivers have gone through rigorous hands-on training with our owners and winery partners. We know each driver personally. They take great pride in providing top level hospitality and service to our guests.

I need to cancel my reservation.

The $99 deposit is non-refundable on any cancellation. You must cancel within 3 days of your scheduled date. If the host fails to cancel the tour within three days, the host will be charged the full amount of the reserved passengers. Please contact us at to cancel your reservation.

My passenger count has changed how do I update it?

We do require all passenger counts be updated 3 days prior to your reservation, any unaccounted for RSVP’s will be subject to charge in the full amount of that guests ticket. In order to update your passenger count, simply visit your manage reservation page sent in your confirmation email and update the passenger count.
